  Compressor Control / Compressor Location Error Troubleshooting Checklist

1. This is a resettable error code, always cycle power off to the disconnect for a full 5 minutes first to see if error code goes away.
2. If error code reappears cycle power back off to the disconnect.
3. Ohm the compressor windings out. Instructions on how to properly ohm our compressors out can be found here.
4. Make sure none of the compressor wires are burnt up or pinched.
5. Ohm the condenser fan motor out to make sure the motor windings are intact. instructions on ohming the fan motor can be found here.
6. If compressor and fan motor windings ohm within spec, replace the Main Control board, ACTPM and IPM. (If separate from Main Control board.
