Customer stated that indoor head shut off in the a.m. and was flashing the green operation led, then the green economy led, then an orange symbol that looked like a lock. When I went to check out unit, I couldn't get it to repeat the error. Any ideas?

  If it wás 1 operation and 1 timer the economy light comes on with every error as I have noticed 

  and customer reset power it may have been for over/ under voltage and it will clear the code there is a recommended surge protector to help protect the unit I don’t remember what it is off hand 

  hope this helps as I see this is a year old
