C2:1 error code

I have an error code I have not had as of yet. C2:1. The equipment is an AMUG36lmans and the outdoor unit is a AOUG36lmas.

  C2.1 means: Transmission PCB error.

  You may have a bad connection or loose wire into the connector that doesn't let your indoor main pcb comunicate with the transmission communication pcb board. Check the wiring, if everything is ok, then you may have a defective transmission pcb board.
